When do we bring the trash out?

• Las Vegas: We roll out your bins the day before Trash Day, typically between 2-6pm.

• Big Bear: On Trash Day itself, we start bright and early at 5:30 am, ensuring we're always ahead of the trash collection truck.

When do we bring the trash cans back to the house?

Between 2-6pm on Trash Day. Sometimes earlier

Can I keep my trash cans in the garage?

Yes, we just need you to give us the code. Same thing for gated communities.

What happens if there is a snow storm? (Big Bear)

Please ensure that your snow removal contact clears a pathway from the bins to the street. If this isn't taken care of, we'll have to skip the pull-out and return next week.
